COURTNEY PHELPS
Artistic Director, Founding Member

Courtney is a director and a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Previous directing credits include: Look Back in Anger (Producer's Club), M. Butterfly (Directors Company), World of Mirth (AD-Theater 4), One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (AD-Juilliard School) and multiple collaborations with composer Adam Gwon, including ...everything but blue (Duplex Cabaret Theatre), Every Good Boy Deserves Favor and various incarnations of Lulu at Upstairs @ RED and the 45 Bleecker Theatre. An Equity stage manager, Courtney has managed: 2g's Concert of Excellence at Carnegie Hall, two Broadway by the Year concerts at Town Hall, Falsettoland (Vineyard) and Reel to Real on the Road for Lincoln Center, among others. Most recently, Courtney served as Associate Director on TheatreworksUSA's production of Walk Two Moons at the Lucille Lortel Theatre, and will be directing its national tour this fall.

ADAM GWON
Director of Artistic Development, Founding Member

Adam is a composer/lyricist whose musicals include Ethan Frome (York Theatre), Lulu (Fringe and New York Musical Theatre Festivals, finalist for EST’s Rusty Magee Project), Following (Raw Impressions) and Free Donuts (Developing Artists Theatre Company). He has written music for over 20 productions, including: Cloud 9 (Brown-Trinity Rep Consortium), Cellophane (Flea Theater, dir. Jim Simpson), Twelfth Night and Romeo and Juliet (Princeton Rep Shakespeare Festival), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (New Canaan Summer Theatre), Mother Courage, Life's a Dream, Every Good Boy Deserves Favor and many others. His work has been heard recently at the 2006 NAMT Songwriter Showcase and the Johnny Mercer Foundation/American Music Theatre Project's "Celebration of American Popular Song," where he was one of 14 songwriters-under-30 chosen to perform original work. A collection of his songs can be heard on his debut CD …everything but blue. Adam is a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, an alumnus of writing workshops at Musical Theatre Works and the Composer-Librettist Studio at New Dramatists, and is a 2006-07 Dramatists Guild Musical Theater Fellow. KRISTEN BOLIBRUCH
Managing Director

Kristen is a producer and a graduate of Miami University and New York University. She holds a masters degree in performing arts administration from New York University.

AMY SULDS
General Manager

Amy is a production manager and stage manager, and a graduate of Brandeis University. Currently the production manager for the Poppy Seed Players at Merkin Concert Hall, previous stage management credits include: David and Goliath, Yo, Jonah!, and Number the Stars (Poppy Seed Players), Exploring Dementia (FringeNYC), and Napkin Plays (Brooklyn Rep).
